Return and Refund Policy

ACCESSORIES AND T SHIRTS - Sales on accessories, picks and T Shirts are not eligible for a refund unless defective in some way. If you are concerned about your purchase please email michael@gypsyjazz.com.au including your phone number and we will contact you as soon as possible.


GUITARS - All guitars are sold with a 48 hour approval period from the time of receipt. If you are not happy with your guitar you may return it for a refund. Simply email michael@gypsyjazz.com.au including your phone number and we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the return.
The cost of any Credit Card Fees is not included in a guitar refund and will be deducted from the refund amount. 
The cost of shipping is not included in a guitars refund and will be deducted from the refund amount. If a guitar includes an element of free shipping as part of the purchase the round trip shipping costs will still be deducted from the refund amount. 
In the instance a guitar is returned to us damaged we will not be able to offer a refund.
